1941 Shanghai No.2 Metalforming Machine Works Established, AOTU Brand Created
1982 Developed and produced QC12 series shearing machines and WC67 series press brakes
1996 Cooperated with AMADA, Japan and developed high accurate machine tools
1996 Developed 500/1000T Large scale hydraulic plate press brakes
2001 Collaborated with ASIA, Japan and ACCURPRESS, Canada, AS Brand Created
2011-2012 Merged Shanghai No.2 Metalforming Machine Works and Shanghai Punching and Shearing Machine Tool Works
2015 Developed 2-PS160080K(160T8M) Dual Machine Linkage Large Scale CNC Press Brake
2020 Cooperated with FANUC and Shanghai Electric Automation Group, developed fully automatic high speed press brake production line
