Strictly follow the machine's safety protocols. Complete the inspection checklist and wear required protective gear as specified.
Before startup, verify that motor, switches, wiring, and grounding connections are properly connected and secure. Inspect all control buttons and operational components for proper functioning.
Check the overlap and reliability of upper/lower molds, ensuring all positioning devices meet processing requirements.
Run the return-to-origin program when neither the upper slide plate nor any positioning shafts are at their original positions.
During initial trial runs after startup, move the lower mold aside and perform 2-3 full-stroke movements of the upper slide plate. Immediately stop the machine if abnormal noises or malfunctions occur. Resolve issues and resume operations only after confirming normal functionality.
Verify that programmed parameters align with actual production processes.
When adjusting molds, first remove the lower mold. Only proceed to subsequent adjustments after confirming proper closure height between upper/lower molds. This prevents accidents caused by the upper mold exceeding the lower mold's height, which could result in mold explosion and injury.
Work Procedures
Maintain full concentration during operations. Never extend your head, hands, body, or tools into hazardous areas. Handle small components using specialized auxiliary tools exclusively.
When bending sheet metal, adjust machine speed and operating methods according to workpiece size and complexity to prevent accidents caused by improper handling.
After completing a part, remove hands and feet from buttons or pedals to avoid accidental operations.
When multiple operators work together, designate one person as the primary operator with clear coordination between lead and support roles.
Do not stand in danger zones while the machine is operating. Immediately stop for maintenance if any abnormalities occur; never operate while faulty.
Never press sheet metal at one end alone.
If workpieces or molds become misaligned during operation, stop immediately for correction. Never attempt adjustments while running the machine.
Prohibit bending ultra-thick iron plates, quenched steel plates, high-grade alloy steels, square steel, or materials exceeding the machine's specifications to avoid equipment damage.
Regularly check the overlap between upper and lower molds. Verify pressure gauge readings comply with specifications.
When performing initial inspections or mold installation, hang inspection/assembly signboards indicating machine status.
Shutdown Procedures
When stopping operations, first exit the control system program before disconnecting power.
Inspect the machine's sliding surfaces and tooling for damage. Clean the cutting edges of molds and machine guides with cloth.
After work, perform equipment maintenance and lubrication. Store tools and components properly. Return used tools to the tool storage area promptly. Clean and maintain the machine and surrounding environment.
